Pros

Pretty good pay for what you do. You do get a really good amount of breaks.

Cons

Horribly rude customers. Rude and incompetent coworkers (especially managment). You better never be sick because not even doctors notes work, they have a point system and give extremely little days to miss work. Depending on where you work its extremely hard on your body.

You have no rights

Pros

$11/hr, good coworkers, customers arent usually bad, good music to listen to.

Cons

You have no rights as an employee. They can change your job and make you do things you did not apply for and if you don't like it they will fire you. If you work hard and make it to a full time position they do not care and will not give you your hours you are legally supposed to have. If you speak out against management your hours will get cut. Do not even mention unionizing or you will get fired.
