Pros

They advertise Flexible hours, above average wages. teaching and training,

Cons

If you don't have an open availability you don't get hours even if your full time example- you must have 7 days a week open 6 a.m.-11 p.m. You can also be coached at anytime for anything. Managers are to quick to coach. They forget that they are messing with people's lively hoods. They do now start at $12.00 hr

Pros

Super interesting to compete against Amazon and be part of Mark Lorie's vision. Great cultural mission, good work life balance

Cons

Very bureaucratic, lots of disgruntled and incompetent people (Walmart lifers), poor middle and upper managers
