Pros

Good Pay and benefits, Excellent experience in managing people and corporate expectations.

Cons

Insane amount of hours, I had more control of my life when I was in the military. I did not know what days I would work. Upper management kept changing in 2.5 years went through 3 General managers. Management meetings frequently were reduced to blame shifting and yelling matches, I spent 23 years in Operations units in the military where life and death decisions were being made and no one would dare treat others like this the decisions being made were too important. Most caustic work environment I have ever experienced.
