Pros

You get paid great money and some great benefits. You learn a lot and there is great opportunity to move up and advance. If you really want to immerse yourself in your work and never have a family or life outside of it, this is the job for you.

Cons

You never will have time to enjoy that money you're making. Walmart basically cuts back on hourly employees to overwork their salary "management" I was more of a glorified supervisor than a manager. You will literally have no life outside Walmart.

Pros

Great experience for resume and learning what not to do in business.

Cons

Doesn't value education or forward thinking individuals. Their diversity and inclusion is a joke.
