Pros

Competitive compensation, many technically strong developers, decent projects, good software development opportunities. Good ping pong. Nice (but not free) lunch. Friendly people.

Cons

Lots of turnover. Too many reorgs. Too many restructurings. Layoffs. Tech redirections. Over engineering. Political battles. Strange behavior. Big company woes. Hierarchical and top heavy.

Pros

if you enjoy living paycheck to paycheck with almost no chance for advancement and minimal pay and no respect from your bosses, then a Walmart career is in your future, but not mine. Sorry. If the truth is not spoken, then what is the point of communication.

Cons

See above protracted remarks based upon actual experience.
