Pros

Its a job, safe, usually coworkers are friendly.

Cons

Stores are to hot, no pay increase for previous experience, everyone starts at "base pay". Have to work 30hrs a week for a year to get partial benefits if you are partrime - walmarts scheduling computer will make sure you get 29 so you don't qualify.

Pros

Overnight shift was the only good time i had here because everyone tried to work together

Cons

Daytime is just awful, management doesn't pay enough attention to the employees. People who have connections receive supervisor positions even if they have little to no experience. My first CSM had never even worked in retail before.

Pros

Management is very flexible when working with the employees who help them.

Cons

The volume of customer traffic can be unnerving at times.
