Pros

Some leaders are good to work for.

Cons

Does not care about family. Does not care about associates or customers. Budgets are changed after made so you can not meet expectations. Do not equipment to do your job. Safety is second to profit.

The pay that I make is good but about to be cap out again. I have the sblity to help the customers find what they are looing for

not fasmily don't care about the people that they have working for them they say ar tell them they can be replaced and not caring what they do for them.

Pros

great benefits, thr ability to save through 401 and stock purchases, The associates you work with...Management can at time be nice when they want something.

Cons

being a VCM.....div 1 and div 30 have no understanding and no direction of each other, there is no communication.... as a VCM my H/W manager will say one thing, and the store manager ALWAYS says no to this direction... Being a VCM...I have a div 1 store manager, a MM, and a regional manager, and in Div 30, I have a MM and a reginal manager and THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION
