Pros

If you work hard, and are willing to learn it is a great company. Compensation for management associates is fair. If you obtain a bonus it can be bigger than some other retailers offer.

Cons

Some of the associates have been around so long that when a change comes they can't, or won't accept it. Some people don't like the three on, three off rotating schedule.
