Pros

A 10% discount after 30 days (now 90). Usually at least one store nearby. Flexible scheduling is helpful for college students. Co-workers are usually nice.

Cons

Very common to have hours cut. Anyone above Assistant Manager is likely out of touch with the average employee. Schedule changes are often denied now due to roster cutbacks and staffing holes. You will spend almost no time within your own department. Upper Management has become obsessed with facing/zoning instead of having product on the floor. Do not expect managers to offer constructive criticism, just plain criticism. Healthcare Coverage shouldn't even be listed as a benefit with how bad it is.
