Pros

A very stable organization with a bright future. Apples for apples elite within their industry. A good company to make a career with if the retail industry is your chosen career path.

Cons

A lot of centralization, and at times maybe even micromanagment. Overall a good company but could give retail management more freedom to make decisions.

Pros

I needed a job and this was at least steady income and close to my home. The pay was decent.

Cons

I had to work lots of hours and the schedule was up to the management so there was little flexibility.

Pros

Pay for management is okay. I enjoyed associates and customers at my location. Training was done very well. Very impressed with the individual that ran training for managers.

Cons

Store management and up are condescending. No matter how hard you work or how much your associates respect you, you will always have store management to bring you down. Policies are that of a penitentiary. Loosen up people.
