Pros

There is room to advance and the company makes sure its top workers make the grade to help run this multi million dollar business wherever they are located.

Cons

Other places pay certain positions a substantial amount of money more than at this company. But it is also the upper bottom positions that is reguarding.

Pros

Its a paycheck The overnight time goes well with college during the day Some managers know what they're doing Easy to get time off--- this is the best perk Very easy to call in sick, but you only get a few sick days per 6 months

Cons

In a company of over 2 million employees you are just a number Some managers are not competent You'll have to wait a year before you get any chance for a payraise No benefits for many months when you first start working The company is much more disorganized than I would have thought..... freight comes off the trucks in very mixed pallets, sometimes trucks will show up with only one pallet of freight(gas is $3.00 a gallon right?), sometimes the inventory management system will send way to much freight and the backroom will get very jammed and cluttered
