Pros

The emploees are the best, most interesting, sometimes neirotic group of people ever. At a department level Most managers are alot of fun. The job is definatly never boring. The party line gets abit tired but all in all a decent job. Especially when they are hard to come by. The very basic most important rules are clearly spelled out. Follow them and you'll do fine.

Cons

Irregular scheduling, but that retail. Exploitation of the work force, by hook or by crook. Profits before people. The Polotics, always and forever the polotics
