Pros

Wal Mart is a place that promotes growth within the compagny, BUT you must know someone. Very flexible with point system.

Cons

Health Benefits need to include vision, health benefits could also be lower in price. Alot of stores play favorites leaving assoiciates to fight for attention sometimes.

Pros

The best thing about working at walmart is the employee discount. we get a 10 percent discount on everything in the store.

Cons

Everything about walmart is terrible while working there you are just another person and it seems as if the company does not care about you.

Pros

if you are able to get full-time status, then there is good job security since walmart will never go out of business.

Cons

customers are very rude because there is a negative perception about walmart and its employees which creates a stressful environment that is unnecessary. Also, if you are a good employee, you will notice that a lot of coworkers are not on par with you and it is very frustrating to pick up the pieces everyday.
