Pros

The good point about working at walmart is that you make some money and it's a job. That's about it!!!

Cons

Low pay, Managers don't keep promises, Discriminatory towards women, incompetent supervisors and store management, lack of staff because they're cheap, constantly pulled for cashiering (which I was not trained in, that made the customers happy) during busiest hours

Pros

You always see new people, do new things, and always have opportunities to move up if you want. The management team is friendly and considerate of needs they are able to accommodate and help you with.

Cons

You don't get a set schedule, and not many benefits inless you are full-time. Which is a rare thing in this economy as Wal-mart is struggling along with other companies.
