Pros

If you consider yourself a "people person" it is a great way to meet and become friends with high volumes of people. In most departments if you ask a day off in enough advance the day is yours to have. The discount and the bonuses are helpful.

Cons

Poor training is exhibited from all forms of management within the store. Experience is ventured differently to this company, meaning that if you are older than your peer even if you have less experience within the company your given the job. Also if you are young and more able to do a job than a peer who may have been employed longer you will not get the job. Cyber Scholars only train you on how to approach a sale not any valid product knowledge

Pros

Social aspect. Great safety team. TV in the breakroom (only if we were 30+ days accident free though.) Casual dress code. Vacation was approved. You get great retail experience by working so many different departments. They will promote you if you work hard.

Cons

Terrible pay for front end management. No support. Unfair treatment of associates. Getting in trouble for things you were never trained on. Not enough training. Always understaffed. No consistency from upper management. Crazy retail schedules. (Closing then opening, ect.) Always late breaks/lunches. No coverage for call-outs. Will deny almost all availability changes. They will schedule you when you're not available.
