Pros

not a hard job. you can advance far in the company if you are transferable. open about operations, so it's a good learning experience for retail.

Cons

unfortunately being living and breathing will get you an interview (and perhaps a job) in my area. the bottom line is always a consideration and it's pretty tight right now so getting a full time position is next to impossible.

Cons

no appreciation, racism, stupid co-workers. they hire almost anyone, they also dont care much about what you do as long as your there and act like youre doin something when someone comes

Pros

Good wages, great opportunity for growth, able to move everywhere and transfer. The grass is not always greener. 12 years there and I still miss it.

Cons

Long hours and you are managing idiots who think they are entitled to the world because they have been their for 6 months. I have never seen such a lack of enforcement in policy, There is litteraly a policy for every move in the store and management doesn't enforce it.
