Pros

The people are very nice and fun to work with. Pay rate is good for college students and is helpful when trying to work around a school schedule.

Cons

Communication is poor between management and its associates. Tasks are not always assigned effectively and may need to approach a manager multiple times for further assistance.

Pros

different atmospher/Diversity If your a great person/worker you get recognized quickly/Stand-Out if your determined you will get promoted easily but you have to wait a whole year Some customers respect and are curteous to you

Cons

low pay-they lie about how much you will make after your 90-day probation period Supervisors can be childish/suck up to superiors and put you down in front of management to make them look better/and you look retarded You cant have a life..you cant schedule a day off even if you do it 6mths in advance They take to long to reward you and make promotions when you deserve them Some customers look down on you like they can figure you out
