Pros

Fellow Employees are great to work with. Everyone for the most part keeps an upbeat attitude because we are all in the same boat.

Cons

Pay is horrible. Hours are constantly cut or all over the board. One week you could work 30 hours and the next week it could be 8. The opportunity for advancement is almost nonexistent. Unfortunately, at Walmart employees are just a number. No one is valued for hard work.

Pros

It was an easy job. Decent pay for highschool kids or people who do not have a degree of any kind

Cons

No respect, Terrible hours. Did not receive breaks as instructed. No availability to move up. Not something to make into a career.

Pros

Many new changes are happening that improve the quality of time spent at work. Change is slowly moving in the right direction.

Cons

There are too many redundant tasks that are required. For example we just spent the past 5 weeks doing a remodel of the entire store, 2 months later we are now going through a remodel to switch the store back to the way it was before the original remodel. No compensation based on individual sales performances.
