-Fellow employees usually become personal friends -Potential for advancement -Solid company -Decent wages with yearly raises -Some great managers

Cons

-You have to fight for your promotions, let management know often that you want it -Some customers blame you for things that are completely out of your control -Some managers are not problem solvers, they just say something is wrong and offer no solution -Work holidays, weekends, and anytime they want you to, hard to get time off at times during the year -Gossip spreads like wildfire

Pros

Nice people; doing the "GO TEAM!" chant during friday meetings was great. Also, it was great to work at a place that didn't allow unions.

Cons

Pay was terrible. It was hot often, and there were no benefits. Also, the back door was always locked. ALWAYS!
