Pros

You can basically do whatever you want because management doesn't bother to check up on you.

Cons

Obnoxious customers, low wages, and 9-hour work days. Lunch should be paid, not unpaid. So you're really working 45 hours/week if full-time instead of the usual 40 hours/week.
