Pros

Work is easy and they wont let you work overtime its not allowed. which is fine with me i like getting only 40 hours a week. my last job made me work 6 days a week which sucked. They treat people with respect and you can go to manager with problems and they will talk with you to work out something.

Cons

They make me do grocery stocking for 2 hours every time i work when i am supposed to be doing maintenance which bothers me becuase thats not my job to stock grocesrys its my job to clean floors. They dont pay enough per hour we should be getting a lot more money for the work we do.

Pros

Many different departments to choose to work in. Customers are great. Tight knit store. Associates are friendly. Store is 24hrs, meaning many shifts to choose from that will work well with your schedule.

Cons

Pay is awful. Many cannot afford the health care. No time off until youre there a year. Benefits kick in after 6 mos of employment if full time, one year if part time. Bonuses are a joke. Little to nothing at all. Walmart took away layaway plan and put in self checkouts becoming impersonal to their customers. Morale is low.
