Pros

Lots of activity and people make the day go fast. Break times are plentiful throughout the day. Work in my department is not overwhelming as in some other departments.

Cons

salary and doing other duties such as cashier. Cumbersome work scheduling 3 weeks out. Having to find own replacement for scheduled hours is not acceptable. Managers should be responsible for this, they get paid for doing it. Employees don't make enough to have to be budened.

Pros

- Walmart is so big that you can do just about anything you can think of or are passionate about. - Everyone has the opportunity to make a real difference in a global organization

Cons

Most corporate positions are only available in Bentonville, AR. Not a lot of options outside the corporate headquarters if you don't want to work in a store.
