Pros

flexible with time off. 10% Discount on items For the most part, good people to work with Good benefits for full time employees

Cons

Pay is low. Management is ever changing, sometimes not for the best.

Pros

shift flexability in some stores. this is a company that will be around for a while and that offers some employeement stability. meeting and dealing with new people customers and staff.

Cons

some senior management has been in the same stores to long which leads to at times low moral with employees and a stale atmosphere

Pros

Walmart have alot of great oppourtunites to improve grow a worker and a person its very hands on you get to interact with other people making sure they are happy with they have walked out with.

Cons

some of the managment sometimes dont care they dont wanna speak sometimes and sometimes people just want to be acknoweleged.
