Pros

Working for Walmart has given me several opportunites to advance in my career if I am interested in doing so. Theres is lteraly nothing you can not do while employed with this company, from sales associate to Airplane pilot

Cons

Recent changes in the company has made the facilites you work in feel more like a system of robotic energies rather than a team of proffessionals working together to acheive goals

Pros

Its an ok starter job. The overall management of the company are idiots. Can you say micromanaged. Not a very great place I gave 12 years of my life to.

Cons

Pretty much the whole experience was a con it was my fault I stayed so I can only blame myself.

Upper management could be a whole lot better

Pros

I was able to meet great new people and establish a good working relationship with most of my co workers. The pay was good but the co-workers made it worth staying.

Cons

Since they paid you decent they felt they could treat you any kind of way. Upper management was horrible and did not care about the employees. Most of the time they made excuses for why certain things couldnt get done instead of finding solutions.
