Pros

Family atmosphere, large amount of peers, regular meeting and training sessions. Regular employee gatherings and meals. Strong community programs that help raise money for good charities.

Cons

The pay is not very good, the benefits are not very comprehensive. Management is too focussed on meeting numbers that they fail to see the bigger picture. Employees are mere pawns to be used for the overall

Pros

The pay is not bad and employee discounts.

Cons

Management (too many cooks in the kitchen), They do not keep to thier word, they demand you work overtime and then tell you to cut your hours to compensate for it yet still want you to get the same work load accomplished, Time off when needed is non-existant if you have to take a day off because of illness you get an unexcused absence and with 3 of them you could be fired.

Pros

Very strong and stabile company with many opportunites due to the expansion of stores into every major market in the country. Depending on your level of education and how much time and effort you are willing to put forward, you could move up in the company much quicker than at other employers.

Cons

Assistant Managers are severely under qualified in many areas due to explosive growth and a desperate need to fill these positions in new stores, with ANYONE they can find. After 6 years with the company, I see things getting progressively worse every year, they have continued cutting wherever they can just to save pennies and most of the time the employees are the ones that suffer.
