Pros

Their is room for movement upward in the company. The company also provides its employees with bonus's for its yearly goals being achieved.

Cons

The rules change based upon what the customer needs/wants not based on what the actual written rules state. The company cares more about the customers than its workers.

Pros

Huge company Good for logistics,supply chain,buyers and store managers.

Cons

Company lagging behing in term of vacations,benefits and flextime.In fact,forget about working from home. work 9 hours a day,i.e. 8 hours + an hour lunch.

Plenty of room for advancement. Lots of stores if you want to move somewhere. Different jobs to keep it interesting.

Cons

If you get into a bad store sometimes its hard to get out or get promoted. Hours can be various.
