Pros

10 percent off anything in the store. At least a 250 dollar bonus 3 times a year, higher for christmas. Sick time, vacation time and leave of absence benefits. They paid me 23 full days when i went to Chile after working there only a year Pretty good about scheduling you around your stated availability. Dollar extra added to every hour if you work on Sundays.

Cons

HUGE company. Very hard to get noticed. A lot of times they just hired ANYONE. Lot's of crazy and trashy people...

Pros

Great Job Avalibility, Oppurtunities to move up in company when taking care of business. You don't have to slave, but be flexible and take care of everything you are supposed to do.

Cons

Hours are varied. Depending on demand your hours will shift. Holidays will be busy and you will be given more hours than regular times.
