Pros

Working for the largest retailer and most efficient Distribution network gave me a ton of experience. The people I worked with pushed me to perform better on a daily basis.

Cons

There is a lot of tenure there so if changes in staffing need to be made, the newer employees/managers are the first to face decisions of finding a different area to work or an different employer all together. Some terminology is WalMart terminology so going to a different employer, you will have to revert back to your education to describe your knowledge of systems, equipment, and processes.
