Good hours and pay but the management consistently shows they they don't care about the individual employee.

Pros

Consistent hours, competitive pay, flexible schedule with appropriate advanced notice.

Cons

Management would talk bad about employees behind their backs, very minimal communication between supervisors, unrealistic time expectations for specific employees, favoritism, need over a month of advance to get days off because they need to "rearrange the entire schedule if one person can't work"
