Pros

Due to the amazon warehouse being close by, Walmart makes competition with them for retention wages. So if Amazon got a raise, Walmart wasn't far behind. Good coworkers.

Cons

Benefits aren't great. Very little pto, not very accommodating for life happenings. Management lacks ambition and communication skills between each other and staff. While also not allowing staff to communicate with each other.
