      Good job if you like to be self sufficient and prefer working alone. Working with the kids is the best part.

      Lacks diversity and heavy favoritism from management. Training is robust, but when you get out there it’s sink or swim based on how the territory was left by previous rep

      Why are we asking for applicants Social Security numbers before an interview?

      As an applicant, I'm not sure that I feel comfortable sharing my social security number before even speaking to a recruiter or saying "yes" to the organization's offer.

      Thank you for your feedback and suggestion for improvement. Our Human Resources team reviewed our application questions and located the section of the application you mentioned. The social security number was listed as "optional" for candidates to include on the employer tax credit section - a form provided by a governmental agency. However, we realized that this could be confusing to some applicants and have since removed this section of our application to ensure candidates feel comfortable with our application process.
