      Pros

      Walsworth keeps up to date with the ever so changing printing industry. Fair to employees and clients. Produce and you'll be paid (sales).

      Cons

      Walsworth needs more locations however they are expanding as they can.

      This company is progressive in that they listen to the cares and concerns of their employees and they do something about it. 10/10 would recommend. They are headed in the right direction.

      Family owned, financial stability, and plenty of job security.

      Cons

      Has lots of out Dated rules. Not a great 401K match.
