      Pros

      I am a new employee of this company and I can't say enough good things about this company! Their interview process if stringent but refreshing. I am working with a high caliber of people! Their sales training is second to none. I have worked in sales for over 20 years and even been a hiring manager and they have the best training I have ever experienced. It is extremely thorough and definitely sets you up for success. The support system we also have backing us is like nothing I have had in previous industries. I highly recommend looking into Walsworth!

      Pros

      Great employee-owned company. Fun job if you're motivated to sell and provide customer service.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. Start of the school year and during yearbook deadline/delivery seasons the hours can be long and the job can be stressful.
