Pros

Employee and customer focused company that really cares about people as much as the bottom line. Work hard play hard atmosphere. Amazing earning potential for those willing to follow the process and put in the effort. Great management team. The company and it's offerings continue to improve. Stable, family-owned company that's never been bought or sold and doesn't have a lot of bureaucracy.

Cons

The lack of bureaucracy also means relatively limited advancement opportunities. There's a lot of room to learn, grow and increase earnings but not a lot of extra positions to move up into.
