Family owned with family values. Big company resources with small company identity. Financially solid and focused on growth. I would recommend a solid look if you have an opportunity here.

Cons

I really can not think of anything truly negative about working here. As with any career, there are things that we prefer to be different. From a company aspect, they truly offer an opportunity to succeed if you are willing to work hard and follow they excellent guidance offered by management.
