      Great company in a challenging industry

      Pros

      True definition of a caring, family owned company in America. They have a unique combination of private company caring AND technology driven innovation and strategy.

      Cons

      Printing industry is challenged. Walsworth does a great job navigating the best they can, but at the end of the day, printing is declining.

      This company is progressive in that they listen to the cares and concerns of their employees and they do something about it. 10/10 would recommend. They are headed in the right direction.

      Great place to work

      Family owned, financial stability, and plenty of job security.

      Cons

      Has lots of out Dated rules. Not a great 401K match.
