They really teach you the importance of customer service and building connections with all clients. They always look to improve and have an open door policy. I love working here and everyone is incredible.

Cons

The life of events is unpredictable so hours and days off are never the same; however, that is the industry and I enjoy it!

Working for Walter's Wedding Estates has been so fun and exciting! There is so much building and opportunity in the company! I have loved working for them and I am excited about my future with them:)
