Great opportunity for growth - PM management supports employees moving up within the organization.

Cons

PTO policy - Walton brings in employees from all over the country for their skill sets but do not provide them with time to go see their families

Great Feedback! In January 2016, we introduced an industry ground breaking policy for PTO. It's called "take what you need". It is based on the fact that first and foremost we trust our employees. We also know that time off to spend with their families and pursue their hobbies is critical to their attitude, well-being and ultimately to their performance. We track that of course so that we can ensure that all employees take a minimum amount as well.

Horrible management Misrepresentation Will promise the moon deliver the sewer Employee training is mandatory LandMark Forum training, AKA Cult indoctrination, AKA predecessor to Scientology indoctrination. Seriously, they make all management & anyone wanting to become management attend ongoing LandMark Forum cult classes to confess your weaknesses & acclimate to the "culture"
