      The hours. You will work at least 40-60 hours

      Cons

      Terrible company. They are extremely biased towards employees. Very unsafe working conditions. They do not care at all about employees. Unless you are privileged than your chances of moving up are zero to none. So many things wrong with this company.

      Pros

      The people I work with are all great. The work is never boring, we support a wide variety of traffic safety equipment. The owner is awesome, he treats everyone like family.

      Cons

      Herd to think to think off many, I suppose the support can would be less difficult if there was more production documentation in the past.

      Wanco has great teams of people working in all departments of the company. The management team is understanding and listens to ideas. The company continues to grow to meet the demands of customers.

      Cons

      Working at Wanco can be challenging due to supply chain delays from material suppliers. Keeping up with the volume of orders can also be challenging.
