Pros

Cool looking workspace? That's about it.

Cons

This company is a joke. They are going downhill real fast. They just let go of 27 employees in the most unprofessional way possible and handled it horribly. Wantable is not expanding at all and just seems to be taking steps back. Management is horrible. Kept promising positive outcomes and changes, but nothing happened except for people getting laid off. CEO does not know anything about the fashion business and just hires and keep his friends as employees - Nobody in this company seems to know whats going on. Low pay compared to other fashion jobs and no recognition for the hard work their employees do.

Pros

Hours are good l, pay is decent

Cons

Feels like highschool all over. Lots of younger people that would rather chat than work, doesn’t help that it seems like these are the ones that get rewarded, even the leads(who are pretty much kids themselves)are buddy buddy with them though so there isnt really any accountability there either. Kids that have been there 4 months and only pick and pack are promoted over people with more Skills that have been there longer. All in all its just a very cliquey place and it feels like its more about who you’re friends with than how well you do your job. Which is a shame because it feels like it could be a pretty good place to work if a few changes were made and actually followed through with.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some good feedback. I understand and appreciate that you may be frustrated by some of our younger employees that have a tendency to talk. We don’t discourage people from conversing with coworkers during work unless it is negative, detracts from their job function or causes other people to feel uncomfortable. It is my goal to have a welcoming and comfortable work environment where people are rewarded for their ability and experience. It is clear that I’m falling short of that goal with you, for that I’m very sorry. I will speak with our warehouse manager about your concerns and spend a little more time at our 2nd street location so I can observe for myself. Jalem Getz President

Pros

Working on multiple projects taught me how to multitask better.

Cons

Wantable has so many problems that I don't know where to begin. The compensation here is awful, so that should turn you away immediately. Not only is the pay below the industry average, but the health benefits are also lackluster. Despite being paid poorly, employees still have to work exhausting, brutal shifts. We're basically overworked and underpaid at the same time. Another problem here is the management itself. Many of our managers are disrespectful and toxic. They're often hostile and aggressive for no apparent reason.
