Hands down, the people are the best part. Each team is filled with kind, compassionate individuals who constantly push each other to be better.

Cons

Pros

A lot of interaction with all types of staff, some company happy hours, a lot of nice people with a very cool company idea and message.

Cons

Although folks are friendly, the supervisors and managers are not skilled at their jobs. Communication between departments is overall lacking, resulting in disorganized workflow. Employee turnover is high because of these and other issues mentioned in previous reviews. High expectations with little tools given to meet those expectations.

Pros

They have this huge local sale for all their broken, ripped, clothes they can’t or couldn’t sell once a year and they give their employees like $200 or so worth of in store credit they can use for that day only. As well as a discount.

Cons

Unrealistic “point system”, unprofessional leadership, unsafe working conditions, weekly goals, they will hire anyone with a pulse
