We're glad you enjoyed your co-workers, our office environment and casual dress code. We work hard to make sure our space is conducive to a productive workday as well as open communication and interaction among co-workers. One of our goals is to find a balance between too much and too little work so employees can be as efficient as possible and plan their lives accordingly. We continually monitor pay to make sure our compensation is fair and make adjustments when we're off. We do value our employees - we couldn't do this without them - but we will continue to try to show our appreciation more. Thanks again!

      Pros

      Headquarters is located in downtown Milwaukee and the work atmosphere is amazing. Open concept, free coffee, free beer and you can bring your dog to work! The people who work at Wantable are extremely friendly, all you need to do is say hi and be open to communication. Leadership really cares and listens to employees on the marketing/creative side of the company. If you are a hard worker you will succeed here. This is an extremely fast growing company, so you need to be able to learn fast and adapt to the fast-paced environment. Excellent benefits for employees as well.

      Pros

      The environment is relaxed and I always feel happy coming into work. My supervisor is always really supportive and understanding of the Stylist's needs. She is always making sure we are content in stressful times and always puts our needs first. She's a great leader and wants everyone to succeed. I also like how we get opportunities for over-time and to work from home.

      Cons

      Sometimes the job gets repetitive so you have to find ways to mix it up.
