Pros

Employees have some decent health benefits here.

Cons

Wantable is nothing but a horrible company. There's honesty no reason to pick this company over others, unless you're really desperate for a terrible paycheck. The salary here is terrible, and so is the health benefits package. We also have an awful leadership that doesn't accomplish its job. Our leaders only do the bare minimum, sometimes not even that.

Pros

Fully remote position, which is great if you’re looking for flexibility or supplemental income. Supportive team culture — most coworkers are kind and willing to help when they can. A good entry point to gain experience in personal styling or e-commerce.

Cons

Starting pay ($12–13/hr) isn’t enough to live on your own or support yourself long-term. You can only work when there are available orders, and there are often days when work runs out early. Styling metrics are tough — you’re expected to create full, cohesive looks (including outfits and accessories) in under 9 minutes, which is difficult with limited inventory. Management sometimes feels disconnected from the realities of the job, and feedback can feel tone-deaf, especially when inventory is low but expectations stay high. The company is based in Milwaukee and primarily hires from right-to-work states, so location may limit opportunities.
