Thank you for taking the time to provide some good feedback. I understand and appreciate that you may be frustrated by some of our younger employees that have a tendency to talk. We don’t discourage people from conversing with coworkers during work unless it is negative, detracts from their job function or causes other people to feel uncomfortable. It is my goal to have a welcoming and comfortable work environment where people are rewarded for their ability and experience. It is clear that I’m falling short of that goal with you, for that I’m very sorry.
