Pros

The team at Ware Malcomb is full of dedicated and skilled professionals. My colleagues were genuinely supportive and created a collaborative work environment that made daily tasks more enjoyable.

Cons

There is a lack of clear career advancement opportunities. Over time, upper management's approach was more controlling and gave less flexibility to managers and their teams. Return to work mandates were quite rigid and made work arrangements less flexible.
