Leadership in Hiding, Employees Left to Burn Out

Pros

A lot of difficult projects with tight deadlines that will eventually teach you to become better at what you. Diamonds are made under pressure.

Cons

-The Chairman is more focused on selling leadership books and phone cases than actually leading the company. -Upper management is a revolving door of favoritism, rewarding connections over competence. -Leadership changes at HQ (Irvine) have turned the workplace toxic. -Employee well-being is an afterthought—if even that. -Leadership stays hidden while employees burn out, but you’re expected to feel “lucky” just to have a job here. -Work-life balance? Nonexistent. -Charity events are just a PR stunt and a tax write-off. -Too many management roles with no real impact or growth. -Salaries are below industry standards. -No real accountability or support from leadership at any level. -Layoffs are a recurring theme—job security is a myth. -Fear, not passion, drives the culture. -Management takes all the credit when things go right but dodges responsibility when they don’t.
