Very collaborative and friendly environment. Strong focus on mentorship with great opportunities for career growth. Very interesting and dynamic range of projects and positive culture. Management is strongly invested in creating long term employment relationship.

Cons

Nothing really. The WM LA office is a great place to be.

*The mentorship program was great. * Exposure to a lot of new trendy technology

Cons

*They pay a little more than average, but will leverage it against you when staying late nights and weekends. *Very "cliquey" mid level management will jeopardize your career despite them not being your direct supervisor. * Managers seem to back up other managers before their own teammates. * Even on requested days off or sick days you are expected to respond to emails, text messages, calls etc...

Pros

Competitive salary and compensation, inclusive company culture, great work life balance, and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Being based out of the Irvine headquarters also provides opportunity for a lot of perks such as in-house training, celebrations, company hikes, and barbecues. The company has an ongoing program that takes input from the employees themselves and implements them to the benefit of all.

Cons

Structured like a large company has its own cons, such as difficulty modifying your computers or programs. Also with a larger office, it is hard to get to know everyone that comes through on a personal basis.
