Great learning experience

Pros

This is a great place for an internship, as the firm takes on a variety of different projects and works through all stages of design. It is a medium sized office, allowing for a broad range of experiences without getting lost amongst the crowd. People are very friendly and pretty laid back - it's a work hard play hard mentality.

Cons

Low salary and can get stuck in a specific category

Pros

The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.

Pros

Several operational challenges, including the absence of standardized project procedures and formal management systems. Teams are fragmented, and the organizational structure is top-heavy, with a large proportion of managerial staff compared to production roles. At present, only three project captains and no dedicated in-house project architect are supporting a portfolio of more than forty active projects, which creates significant pressure on project coordination and delivery.

Cons

Access to learning materials, industrial products, and some social activities.
