      Pros

      Amazing Office culture, the people and bosses/managers. They were very understanding and I had to leave due to family circumstances.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit less compared to exact same position in other companies, but makes it up by the great office culture and people!

      Pros

      There are so many amazing people throughout the entire company and that has translated into a truly remarkable culture. There is an emphasis on bringing people together to have fun and collaborate to constantly improve the company for the employees. At WM, there is freedom to create your own path and go as far as you would like within its entrepreneurial environment. Mentorship at all levels is prioritized. The Company manages to have a tight knit feel even with the many offices across the continent.

      Cons

      At times, operating costs are cut that cause inefficiencies within the company which seemingly cost the company more than what they are intended to save. Some of the benefits are difficult to understand.
