      Pros

      My experience with WM is amazing and I would highly recommend starting a career here. As someone who started with the company, left to try another firm, only to boomerang back a few months later- I recognize why Ware is the place for me: amazing people, great leadership, the abundance of career paths and training programs- not to mention snacks and good lighting (makes a huge difference- I was facing a wall w/ no snacks at the previous place). So, if you're looking for a fresh change in the right direction (and competitive pay)- check out Ware Malcomb.

      Cons

      There might be a learning curve if you have not worked with a corporate company before, workload can be high (not really a con)

      Pros

      Great opportunity to meet people in the industry, awesome annual company party. Big on philanthropy.

      Cons

      Opportunity for growth depends on the office you work at and the people/team you're working with. Can be a stagnant/repetitive job if you're not buddies with upper management.
